This Privacy Policy explains how Inwora (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the “App”), our admin panel, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This policy applies to the App published on Google Play with package identifier com.kirtheeshh.usermobile.

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically from your device:

• Account and Profile Data: name, showroom/business name, email address, phone number, and password (securely hashed).
• Branding Assets: uploaded logo and image files that you provide to generate marketing posters.
• Device/Media Access: permission to access your device photos/media when you choose to save or share generated posters.
• Usage Data: analytics and usage data (features used, timestamps) for improving the Service.
• Payment & Subscription Data: if you subscribe or pay via in-app purchases or external payment processors, we store transactional metadata required to manage subscriptions (we do not store full payment card details).

How we use information

• To deliver personalized marketing posters and overlay your branding assets.
• To authenticate and manage user accounts and subscriptions.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To analyze and improve our Service and for fraud prevention and security.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Control media/photo access from your device through the device settings; the App will only access media when you grant permission.

Children

The App is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
